As the President and C.E.O. of Hospitality International, Inc., franchisor of Red Carpet Inn, Master Hosts Inns, Scottish Inns, Passport Inn, and Downtowner Inns, I feel it appropriate to state our company’s purpose and goals. As an attorney for over thirty years, I understand the lodging industry from years of representing hoteliers and participating in all activities related to the negotiations, purchase, financing issues and franchise needs of their businesses.

Based on my background, and with the assistance of a wonderful staff at Hospitality International, Inc., our purpose is to provide hotel and motel franchise opportunities that will assist you in becoming a more profitable property. With any of our five franchise brands, you will receive valuable services including voice and Internet reservation access, greater visibility to potential guests, an experienced staff to assist you in becoming operational, assistance in locating management/front desk software, Quality Assurance inspections that will provide an outsider’s insight, and a recognizable name. At your request, a member of our staff will assist you in establishing a specialized sales management program for your hotel.
