Cancelling a Sabre Reservation

Note: Reservations can only be cancelled through the check-out date of the reservation. Reservations that are not cancelled in Synxis by the check-out date will be subject to booking fees. Guests will receive an email advising them that the reservation has been cancelled.

1. Log in to Synxis at reservations.synxis.com

2. Click on “Manage>Reservations>Search Reservations

3. Enter Search Option: Guest Name, Arrival Date, Conf.#, etc.

4. Click “Update” on information line next to the reservation you would like to cancel.

5. Click “Cancel Reservation” on tool bar.

6. Be sure to receive the on-screen message advising that the reservation has been cancelled.
