Mayur Mahant

Case Studies top

After learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry for several years, Mayur Mahant was ready to take the plunge into hotel ownership. Being from the Houston area, Mayur was already very familiar with the Scottish Inns brand when he learned of a 32-room property for sale around a half-hour northwest of downtown. After discovering hihotels’ unique approach to franchising, he acquired the Scottish Inns & Suites hotel in 2016 and remained with the brand.

The hihotels Difference

Mayur embraced hihotels’ comprehensive support and services that helped him operate his property more efficiently, such as working with his Assurance & Marketing Program director and taking advantage of numerous training opportunities. He also appreciated the overall value of joining the brand, like common-sense service standards, a low fee structure, reasonable franchise agreements, the freedom to choose any PMS provider and the ability to connect to many distribution sources.
