Scane named Franchise Development and Assurance & Marketing Program Director
(ATLANTA, June 21, 2021) – hihotels by Hospitality International, a recognized leader in franchising of conversion and new build hotels for economy lodging, is pleased to announce the hiring of industry veteran Les Scane as a Franchise Development and Assurance & Marketing Program Director.
Based out of the Grand Rapids, Michigan area, Scane will be spearheading the growth of hihotels’ five distinct brands – Red Carpet Inn, Scottish Inns, Master Hosts Inns, Downtowner Inns and Passport Inn – in the Midwest and parts of the Southeast, Great Plains and Rocky Mountain regions. As part of the company’s Assurance & Marketing Program (AMP), he’ll also be delivering ongoing sales and marketing support and training to franchisees in those areas.
Scane began his career in hospitality as a GM/Regional Manager for Janus Hotels before spending nearly 14 years as an SSAP Director (Sales Support & Assurance Program) for Vantage Hospitality Group, working mostly with Americas Best Value Inn owners on key strategies such as reservation training, sales, marketing and operations.
