Owned by Ben and Dipa Patel, the 45-room former Americas Best Value Inn increases hihotels’ presence in Texas to 60 properties.
“When considering all my options for a new brand, I decided to go with Scottish Inns because of the personal and professional assistance they bring to the table. Unlike many other brands, Hospitality International offers the services of a sales and marketing director who is on call for me at no additional cost. Their brand requirements are minimal and the ramp-up period was short, allowing me to transition without any hassle or operational disruption,” said Ben Patel.
The hotel is conveniently located on I-35 less than 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. It’s close to many popular attractions such as the Dallas Zoo, Dallas Aquarium, Six Flags over Texas, American Airlines Center and Globe Life Field.
The property offers King, Queen and Double bed accommodations and complimentary continental breakfast, and features a guest laundry and business center.
